NS Health - Out-Patient Care Facility
At a 7,000 square foot out-patient care facility for NS Health, located at 411 Highway 214 in Elmsdale, Enqore Developments successfully completed a rough-in installation under a tight 10-day deadline. The project involved installing two 6-ton Daikin VRF systems, 11 fan coils, two branch boxes, control wiring, and two 1,200 CFM ERVs. Despite the complexity and time constraints, the team efficiently delivered the required mechanical systems, completing the rough-in phase on schedule for the Nova Scotia Health Authority.
Yousef Construction - 95 Unit Apartment Building
Yousef Construction recently completed a large-scale HVAC installation at 264 Rookwood Ave, equipping all 95 units in the building with advanced climate control solutions. The project involved the installation of high-efficiency LG heat pumps, ensuring reliable and energy-efficient heating and cooling for every unit. Bella State Construction - 95 Unit Apartment Building
Bella State Construction oversaw the installation of Gridless single-unit systems at a 44-unit residential building located at 100 Clark Street. Each unit was individually outfitted with its own system, offering residents independent climate control and efficient performance. This approach provided a streamlined and flexible solution tailored to the building’s multi-unit layout.

Unified Realty - New and improved geothermal system for the client.
The Unified Realty retrofit project at 171 Lutz St in Moncton, NB, was a complex undertaking to rebuild the building's HVAC infrastructure following a fire, necessitating the job be executed twice. The core equipment installed was a high-efficiency Daikin Water Source VRV T-Series Heat Recovery (HR) ducted system, integrating four 10-ton VRV units connected to existing boreholes, supplemented by a new RTU HRV (Lifebreath 2000EFD) and a smaller Lifebreath 700FD HRV, along with all associated ductwork, diffusers, dampers (including 37 fire dampers), and controls. A primary challenge involved the sheet metal workers being unable to follow a quarter of the original plans, which required the team to quickly perform an extensive on-site redesign. Despite this significant hurdle, the project resulted in a successful, new, and improved geothermal HVAC system for the client, with the on-site team quickly resolving the plan discrepancies to ensure a smooth overall completion.

Great company to deal with. We hired them to move an existing heat pump after the original installer refused to help us. The estimator and the installer were both very polite, careful and thorough. I only wish they installed our heat pump originally.
